My name is Antonio Alexander Romero. A middle child of Spanish and Polish descent, I grew up in a patch of woods surrounded by sprawling farmland in Maryland where I discovered my passion for comics. Now living in New York City, I’m a graphic designer by day, an author and artist by night.

In 2009, I started Artichoke Presents to self-publish his comics and sketchbooks. This material is based on a cache of characters and scenarios inspired by my experiences, some happy accidents and a few things I made up.
