The background image in this 2011 collage was made for panel 4 on page 29 of my 2010 comic Martian Debut. The foreground image was made for panel 4 on page 7 and panels 1 and 4 on page 13 of my 2009 comic Super Duper Ham: Day One.
This is Jelly Bear, a character inspired by the 1988 version of The Blob, a remake of the 1958 American science fiction horror film of the same name. I added some digital shading to Jelly Bear for the comic to give him an otherworldly appearance.
I added color to the collage in 2015.
