The triceratops was originally drawn for panel 1 on page 7 of my 2010 comic Martian Debut. This unused drawing of the grill and hood of the jeep was drawn for panel 4 on page 32.
I used a lot of models for this comic. The jeep was a Wrangler, by way of a Transformers Alternators Swindle. Thetriceratops was a plastic figurine I found at my local toy shop.
The images were collaged together with some additional paint and marker in 2011.
I added the yellow in 2015.
